About the event

Join Kiley in the mornings for a gentle yoga and stretching session online, designed to wake up the body and mind to get you ready for your day. These sessions are short because we know you are busy! Little ones are welcome to join if you think they will enjoy it, or you can let them sleep so you can enjoy some “you” time. The class will be geared more towards adult bodies. No experience is necessary and all levels of fitness are welcomed. Class meets online Monday and Thursdays from 7-7:30 a.m. starting Sept. 12 through Thurs., Dec. 15. Note: You only need to register once to recieve the Zoom link for this session.
